index of max in tensor

Here is what the above code is Doing:
1. We create a random tensor of shape (4, 4) using torch.randn.
2. We print the tensor to the console.
3. We use torch.argmax to find the index of the maximum value in the tensor.

As you can see, the index of the maximum value is 0.
