partially initialized module ‘tkinter’ has no attribute ‘Tk

Did you named your python file tkinter.py or Tkinter.py ?
Try to rename it. It may be the cause

Here is what the above code is Doing:
1. It’s creating a Tkinter object.
2. It’s creating a Label widget.
3. It’s adding the Label widget to the Tkinter object.
4. It’s running the mainloop method of the Tkinter object.

The mainloop method is an infinite loop that waits for events. When an event occurs, it calls the corresponding event handler. In this case, the event is a button click, and the event handler is the buttonClick function.

The buttonClick function simply changes the text of the Label widget.

When you run the program, you should see a window with a button and some text. When you click the button, the text should change.

If you want to learn more about Tkinter, check out the Tkinter 8.5 reference manual. It’s a bit daunting, but it’s the best resource I’ve found.
