reading tsv file in python

with open("file.tsv") as fd:
    rd = csv.reader(fd, delimiter="\t", quotechar='"')
    for row in rd:
        print(row)

Here is what the above code is Doing:
1. The first line opens the file.
2. The second line creates a reader object. The delimiter argument tells the reader that the fields in the file are separated by tabs. The quotechar argument tells the reader that fields may be enclosed in double quotes.
3. The third line loops through each row in the reader object.
4. The fourth line prints each row.

The output of the above code is:
[‘Name’, ‘City’, ‘State’, ‘Zip’]
[‘Alice Smith’, ‘New York’, ‘NY’, ‘10011’]
[‘Bob Jones’, ‘Chicago’, ‘IL’, ‘60608’]
