slicing strings in python

varible = "c#,python,java,javascript,rudy,css,html"
print(varible[0:2])# c#
print(varible[3:9])#python
print(varible[10:14])#java
print(varible[:2])#same as c#

Here is what the above code is Doing:
1. varible[0:2] is saying, “start at index 0 and go up to, but not including, index 2.”
2. varible[3:9] is saying, “start at index 3 and go up to, but not including, index 9.”
3. varible[10:14] is saying, “start at index 10 and go up to, but not including, index 14.”
4. varible[:2] is saying, “start at the beginning of the string and go up to, but not including, index 2.”
