split a pd dataframe

Here is what the above code is Doing:
1. Create a DataFrame with 5 rows and 6 columns.
2. Split the DataFrame into two DataFrames, one with the first 4 columns and the other with the last 2 columns.
3. Assign the first DataFrame to dfs[0] and the second DataFrame to dfs[1].
